Digital Marketing Assistant - Indiana / Hybrid

Overall Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant at ERS Wireless you would help develop, implement, track, and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, and social media platforms).
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee online demand generation marketing programs including, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Assist with maintenance of website for search engine optimization.
- Work with marketing director to plan and manage social media platforms/campaigns.
- Grow digital marketing strategies through comparative A/B testing, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Assist with trade shows and corporate events.
- Other marketing responsibilities as requested.
Characteristics and skills:
- Excellent copywriting and design skills.
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing, AdRoll, automation programs such as Active Campaign, Hubspot, Pardot, or similar.
- Web development or CMS experience a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Educational and other requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related field.
- 2+ years of proven working experience in SEO/SEM, database management, email campaigns, social media and/or digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Knowledge of website analytic tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Datorama)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Active Campaign, HubSpot, Pardot)
- Experience in B2B marketing
