Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner, providing top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients.



  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Complete and close of sales and service orders for our Indianapolis location
  • Track sales and service orders in other locations to ensure timely closing
  • Assist with processing rental orders
  • Work with scheduling and customers to set a schedule
  • Assist with answering of phones
  • Provide support to the team on various other projects as time allows


  • Self-starter who demonstrates personal motivation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain solid working relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Be detail oriented and have good communication skills
  • General instructions on newly introduced assignments. Responds appropriately to changes in the work environment and emerging opportunities
